With 26 years of experience in supply chain within Energy ,Mining, Chemicals, Construction, Transport and Mining industries Lebo held various portfolios with DeBeers, Eskom, Fluor and held roles as Procurement Manager, General Manager Supply Chain, Procurement & Project Development Executive, Executive and lastly Vice President of Supply Chain at Sasol Lebo is passionate about growing people and businesses as well as bringing integration amongst various supply chains .
A respected industry leader and speaker, Lebogang is serves on the boards of Transnet. Jet Demolition, Booyco Engineering, and previouslyCross Boarder Road Transport Agency and also a trustee for Inqolobane Investment Trust. She also host Africa’s TOP 100 Women in Supply chain initiative in 2021(with 23 African countries participating), recognising and building networks for Women trailblazers in Procurement, Transport and Logistics and hosts the Supply Chain Achievers awards.
Her work has earned her 18 accolades globally- amongst which includes a Lifetime Achievers Award in Supply Chain from Institute of Marketing, profiled as one of the 100 Global Most Influential Women (at No 20) in Supply chain, Global 100 Top Women in Supply Chain, Top 100 women in Supply Chain Africa, Women In Transport Mentor of the Year and others . She received a Dignitas Award from the University of Johannesburg for her contribution and advocacy in Africa’s supply chains and driving diversity and inclusivity.
